Educating us on the different foods that can help with post birth healing, energy, nutrition and sleep deprivation... something that all parents face. Every week she helped us brainstorm the menu which catered to our needs which was fantastic since each week brought different cravings to our bodies and more importantly to my wife’s appetite.
